Money Back Guarantee
With an understanding and compassion that this may be your first time designing a t-shirt with coloranywear.com, we offer a money back guarantee to ensure your satisfaction. ColorAnywear guarantees the design on the custom t-shirt or garment will not differ from the design you created online provided your design was with in the print areas within outlined area of the shirt. We also warrant the craftsmanship of the garments are in standard good condition. If the product arrives with a design different from the online design your created and/or the craftsmanship of the garments is less than standard condition please contact our customer service group at support@coloranywear.com within 24 hours from time the carrier time stamps the package(s) as delivered. Upon receiving the email we will review and respond back within a 24 hour period either issuing a Return Authorization (RA), or requesting more information to complete the review.

Privacy
All personal information collected on our site is for the sole purpose of processing your order. This information is only available internally and our affiliates such as Authorize.net. Your information will never be shared or sold to others.

Pricing
Pricing is based on your choice of product, quantity ordered, the number of locations imprinted, number of ink colors or thread count in your design with the exception of digital print orders.

To lower your cost per item, we recommend you choose white blank products, order larger quantities to gain quantity ordering benefits, only imprint one location, limit the number of ink colors on your silkscreen designs and decrease the size of your art or logo on your embroidered garments

The price you see is your total. There is no screen fee, no art fee, and no shipping fee. Sales tax will only be added to orders shipped to a Kentucky address.

Forms of Payment
Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express are accepted securely using Authorize.net

Purchase orders are accepted, but are reserved for qualified organizations only (Those with approved credit applications on file). Purchase orders must be verified and therefore must be placed by phone or fax.

Minimum Order
There is no minimum order on digitally printed orders. However, due to the cost of setup and preparation we recommend a six (6) piece minimum on all other product orders. To lower your per piece price, we recommend ordering the maximum number of shirts you anticipate needing.

Delivery Time
You can choose from Regular delivery or Rush, with Rush service adding an extra 20% to your total.

Standard delivery schedule is ten (10) days.

Five (5) day rush service is available. This service can be affected in some instances in particular by stock availability. An email confirmation will be sent confirming rush service can be met.

If you provide incomplete information in the order process, we will notify you by email. Please respond promptly, as your order will be placed on hold awaiting your reply. We appreciate the urgency of orders and therefore do our very best to process, produce, and ship in a timely manner.

Upload Your Art
Our site has thousands of pieces of clipart to choose from. However you have the option to upload your own art. The required file formats are specified when you upload.

Please refer to the art upload section in the design studio for a detailed explanation. For the purpose of designing, you will upload a .jpg. For the purpose of screen printing, you will upload an .eps. For Embroidery orders, please use an .eps file. ColoryAnywear will charge a one-time seventy-five dollar fee to create a .dts file. Once we have the needed .dts file we will not charge to create this file again for all future orders using the same art or logo.

Please note, we can only print high resolution images. If the artwork you provide is of a low resolution, we will contact you. You will need to either provide a higher quality image, or pay additional charges for our art department to bring the art to the standards for printing.

Order Confirmation
Following your order placement, you will receive 2 emails.
1. Order Confirmation
2. Order Shipped, including your UPS tracking number. Please feel free to return to ColorAnywear.com to track your order using the UPS tracking number.

Returns
If you have a return, you must email the request to support@ColorAnywear.com with in 24 hours of receipt of the order to receive a return authorization (RA) number. Returns will not be accepted without a RA.

Quality or Shortage Disputes
If you have a quality issues with the digital printing, screenprinting, embroidery or a shortage of products, you must notify us by email at support@ColorAnywear.com within twenty four (24) hours of the delivery time stamp issued from the carrier that delivered the goods. Disputes arriving after the twenty four (24) hour window will not be honored.

Volume Orders
Please understand as an industry standard on orders, typically over one thousand (1,000) impressions, there is a plus or minus one (1%) percent quantity tolerance expected upon delivery.
